Drake has recently achieved a significant milestone as his three latest albums, namely, “Iceman,” “Habibti,” and “Maid of Honour,” have secured the top three positions on the esteemed Billboard 200 albums chart. This achievement is historic as it marks the first instance of a single artist occupying the top three spots on the chart simultaneously.

“Iceman,” the much-anticipated album that Drake teased with an ice structure in downtown Toronto and live-streamed episodes, claimed the top spot on the chart, with “Habibti” following at No. 2 and “Maid of Honour” at No. 3.

With “Iceman” reaching No. 1, Drake has now garnered his 15th chart-topping album, tying him with Taylor Swift for the most No. 1 albums by a solo artist. All three albums were released on May 15, with “Habibti” and “Maid of Honour” surprising fans with their arrival.

Each of the three albums showcases a distinct sound. “Iceman” predominantly delves into rap, focusing on the aftermath of Drake’s feud with Kendrick Lamar and Universal Music Group. Tracks like “Make Them Cry” address the feud head-on. On the other hand, “Habibti” takes a softer approach, centering on themes of love, as seen in songs like “Slap the City” and “Classic.”

“Maid of Honour” stands out as the most experimental of the trio, blending elements of Chicago juke in “Outside Tweaking,” 80s synths in “Goose and the Juice,” and more, all while maintaining Drake’s signature flow. The album also incorporates catchy samples, such as Peggy Gou’s “(It Goes Like) Nanana” in “Cheetah Print” and DJ Casper’s “Cha Cha Slide.”

Overall, Drake’s latest albums have captivated audiences with their diverse sounds and themes, solidifying his position as a chart-topping artist.
