A man from London, Ontario, is facing accusations of drug importation and trafficking following the seizure of over $4 million worth of suspected cocaine from a commercial vehicle in Lambton County. The investigation was initiated by a Ministry of Transportation inspection at the weight scales along Highway 402 in Plympton-Wyoming on Tuesday afternoon. Law enforcement, including Lambton County OPP and members of a border enforcement task force, were brought in to conduct further inquiries.

Authorities reported that approximately 137 kilograms of the substance were confiscated, with an estimated value of $4.1 million. The 43-year-old individual has been arrested and charged with possession of cocaine for trafficking purposes and the importation of cocaine. The OPP is urging anyone with relevant information to come forward or contact Crime Stoppers for assistance.
