The White House documents revealed that the Bakken Pipeline Company has been granted a permit for constructing pipeline facilities in Burke County, North Dakota.
In addition to the new construction permit, other permits have been issued for the maintenance and operation of existing pipelines at border locations. These permits are as follows:
